GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
These General Terms and Conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints about products offered on the website:

The seller is the souvenir making craft "Kikaxdesign", Brezje 45, Brezje, 40311 Lopatinec, OIB: 01990081486 (hereinafter: the Craft), and the buyer is any person who orders products via the website www.kikaxdesign.hr.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
The buyer can make payment via:
1. internet banking
2. card payment (Stripe – card processing intermediary)
Shipping costs are not included in the product price, unless otherwise clearly indicated during the purchase process.
The shipment is sent after the payment is visible on the account of the "Kikaxdesign" souvenir making workshop.

PAYMENT SECURITY
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured using SSL encryption. The payment pages are secured by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption.
The souvenir shop "Kikaxdesign" does not store credit card information, nor is it available to unauthorized persons.

DELIVERY
• Products are packaged in a way that minimizes the possibility of damage during transport.
• The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt and immediately report any damage to the delivery person.
• The craft is not responsible for damage incurred during delivery after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service, except in cases where delivery is not possible or otherwise indicated.
In the event of refusal to accept the shipment without a justified reason, the Craft reserves the right to charge the incurred delivery costs.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The customer has the right to complain about the product in case of a material defect or malfunction of the product.
In case of a justified complaint:
• the product is replaced with a new one or
• the amount paid is refunded
The cost of returning defective goods is borne by the souvenir making workshop "Kikaxdesign".
Product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Notice of termination must be sent via e-mail or mail, stating:
• first and last names
• addresses
• contact information
The refund will be made no later than 10 days after receipt of the returned goods in good condition.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

The craft for making souvenirs "Kikaxdesign" undertakes to protect the privacy of all customers and to collect only the necessary data necessary for the realization of the order.

JURISDICTION OF THE COURT
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the Municipal Court in Čakovec.
